Description

VERY LARGE TREE LIMB (well over 20 feet tall, see photo) fell in afternoon storm yesterday, stands vertically in alley behind my house at 2611 Semmes Ave. It is huge, heavy, leaning on power lines, and partially blocks the alley. I called Va. Power and spoke to someone last night, but as far as I know nobody has done anything.
