Description
See Request DPW000016606 that was closed with doing nothing in Jan. It was requested to have the speedhump repaired NOT REMOVED. It is partially gone & sign is gone too. We have too many children in the neighborhood to not have these including an autistic boy who bikes all the time. These have been a huge speed deterrent since installed. PLEASE PUT IT BACK and send an update!! My own kids are grown and I still know we need these!

- Staff · April 8, 2020n earlier RVA311 citizens request advised us the temporary speed hump was breaking apart so we removed part of it. Vehicles were parked on top of the remaining speed hump so we couldn’t remove the entireset. This will be done in the future. The hump was installed in 2007 and spare parts are not available. We plan to install an asphalt speed table via the next paving project on this street.
