Description

The hull street bridge to downtown is full of hazards and has not been street cleaned in a year or more. Simply walking on it exposes drug and sex trash and every time a car drives by, dirt and dust blows in your eyes. Can you help sweep and wash it? Maybe trash cans at either end as the fisherman absolutely destroy it every day ... thx
