Description

REMOVE Very old and large Winged Elm(Ulmus Alata). Very large,heavy branches fall sidewalk,residences, parked cars. requests to remove have not been addressed.Extreme danger particularly after storms. Certainty of serious injury will result from actual fallen chunks. One very serious incidental example of lives in danger;large 3-4’ long, 8”diameter fell on sidewalk approx 1 minute after mother and baby carriage passed. Imagine had they been at that spot 1 minute earlier. City tree #73126.
