Description

City tree appears to be dead and should be removed for safety, as it has large, heavy branches which overhang a busy street. Tree is on COMMONWEALTH AVENUE, near intersection with 4500 Cutshaw Ave. Tree was cut down in June, but stump remains. Will someone remove stump before closing this request?
