Received call from Matt Irvin in communications. He stated he was told by the Arborist that they could not come on private property to remove a tree. Matt just wanted to confirm. I told him that itwas correct. We do not come on private property and the citizen would need to take care of it. Reviewing the comment that was placed by the citizen it appears the tree fell in the backyard.
