Description

The alley that runs between Roseneath and Nansemond, parallel to Hanover and Stuart is in desperate need of repair. Beside our house is what I like to call "Lake Roseneath". It is deep and long and cars hit it going way too fast. In the summer it is perfect for mosquito breeding to the point that we cannot sit on our porch or in our back yard. I first requested this FOUR YEARS ago. Still waiting. There are other deep holes all down the alley as well. PLEASE get this done this year. Thanks.
