Description

The entrances and exits to the alley between East Seminary Avenue and Chamberlayne Avenue on Westbrook Avenue and Watkins Street are in disrepair with significant potholes and gravel erosion. The entrances and exits of nearby alleys, including the alley between West Seminary Avenue and East Seminary Avenue on the same block have recently had concrete aprons installed. The installation of these concrete aprons would eliminate the constant erosion of the gravel, which is causing the large potholes
