Description

alley behind the 4800 east seminary block has so many potholes, cannot count. in addition there are giant potholes at the entrances off the streets into the alleys, the other alleys in this area just had new concrete aprons placed and we would like these as well. the apron area at Winston is especially treacherous. additionally there are street lights in the alley on Winston end that need to be fixed, there is gang graffiti on that end of the street, may help deter.
