Description

Citizen called concerning a ticket being closed and nothing was done. Citizen stated the tree is old and may be dead and the roots have grown and is pushing the sidewalk up. Citizen stated his mother is in a wheel chair and this is causing major issues for him. He also stated the branches are growing into power lines.
