Description

Received call from Officer Lang concerning a tree being pruned by Arborscapes. The citizen wanted to know if there was a permit on file. Officer Lang was not sure if the tree was private or a city tree.

    Homeowner hired Arborscapes to prune this tree, work was scheduled and completed without submittal of permit application. Neighbor called police and contacted City arborist. Pruning is in compliance with current BMPs. Arborist and police advised Arborscapes personnel that a permit is required every time they are servicing City trees.
