Description

The entire 1400 block of Hull Street has overgrown weeds taking over the sidewalks. DPW recently cut down weeds in tree wells, but there’s growth in sidewalks and around street poles. Was trying to do a litter pickup and realize part of the problem is trash/cigarette butts in sidewalk weeds.
