Description

At Libby Hill Park there's a trash can overflowing excessively, and has been so for several weeks. I opened this request on 3/11 but it was closed, and the mess has not been cleaned up. I love that there's a shiny new trash can here and hope that people will feel encouraged to use it if there's actually room in it! Thank you!
