Description

Our citizen called to follow-up on a tree maintenance request. The request in RVA311 is a legacy request but I wanted to reach out first before entering a new request. The citizen advised they observed Urban Forestry doing work in the area yesterday but was advised the tree in question was not on the list.

    Caller is requesting that this request be expedited because of the damage being done to his roof. Calling in reference to getting a COR tree trimmed years ago; now the tree is growing over the roof of his home into the roof causing damaged to the home.
