Description

Alley is in disarray. Gravel is wearing away. Trash and large bulky items thrown about the entire alley, predominately directly behind my home. The local homeless have created a sanctuary here, making it extremely dirty and unusable. At some points I am unable to enter/leave my garage. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
