Received call from Mr. Riccio DPU concerning Storm water drain that has roots growing over it. Mr. Riccio stated his crew was previously instructed not to touch the roots.

    M 25" oak #67489 is healthy and worthy of preservation. No definitive plans have been put forth by DPU at this time with respect to how or when the project will move forward, and whether the tree must beremoved to facilitate work on the storm drain.
