Description

For cars travelling north on Hermitage Road, going through the Robin Hood/Hermitage intersection, on their way to Brookland Pkwy, there's a dangerous blind spot for cars merging onto Hermitage (south bound) from the highway. Cars turning left either do not stop or fail to look for cars heading north on Hermitage. The underpass causes the blind spot and it's incredibly dark. Can some sort of signage be placed for the cars that are about to turn left onto Hermitage?
