This location was investigated on yesterday by DPU. Our findings determine that this is a DPW item. There were no structural impairments found with this manhole. The problems are the flaking and deteriorating of the asphalt surface near and around the manhole top to include several other small potholes in close proximity. To correct this item a pothole truck with SM9.5 can address.
