Description

There is a dead pine tree right next to the road that looks like it is about to fall on my neighbors house. It is in the road easement (grassy area) next to the road. If it falls, it will take out the power line, most likely. It is not rubbing or touching the power line, so Dominion said they would not cut it back. My tree guy won't cut it because its on city property.
