Description

The stoplight to turn off of Terminal Place, beside the Science Museum, will skip multiple rounds of green lights for drivers on Terminal Place attempting to turn left on Broad Street heading east. This problem has been noticed more in the mornings (between 6 and 8 am) than at other times during the day. Drivers will be stuck at the stoplight for 5-10 minutes extra waiting for the light to turn green, even though it will cycle through for every other lane to have green lights multiple times.
