Description
The green light for traffic on Monument is excessively long - 3.5 minutes this morning. It appears to be skipping a cycle as the crosswalk signal counts down then goes back to walk again. Also, during morning and evening rush hour it is difficult for traffic on Malvern to turn left at this intersection across two lanes of oncoming traffic. Perhaps the signals could be changed to allow only northbound traffic then southbound traffic so that traffic moves more smoothly. Current signal blocks one lane of traffic with cars waiting to turn left (no turn arrow) and only one gets through on yellow light.
