Description

Citizen states that a contractor repaved the back alley incorrectly. He states that they didnt backfill correctly and due to the backfill being incorrectly done there are sinkholes that are 1 foot deep. Its at Beverly Hills Shopping Center and the addres is 8502-8540 Patterson Ave.
