this is not the alley this is the Parking Swale in front of home. needs gravel to be placed. there is no side walk only the parking swale citizen would like a call before you come some he can move vehicle

    There is standing water between the swale and the street. It has algae growing in it. Citizen is concerned about insects breeding in the water.
