Description

I've submitted this in the past and the entire alley still has not been addressed. This alley needs to be done over completely. There are still major and minor pot holes in this alley that's causing alignment issues with cars that use it daily. One renovated house even decided to gravely the portion of his house in the alley. So now the alley is partially gravely and asphalt.
