Description

Please forward if this is wrong are to post this request. Re: grass alley behind S Mulberry. There are 4-5 unused trash bins lined up in front of garage (see photo). A nuisance for trash collection. Can they be removed? Also, what seems to be construction debris (? see photo) has been lying alongside garage for almost a year.
