Hi J! Appreciate all you do. I think this tree needs to go into the queue for maintenance. As you can see from the pictures, the older portion of the tree is dying, but the root system has sent up healthy growth. My untrained recommendation would be to cut back the older/dying portion. This is a tree at the intersection of Stuart Ave and Cleveland, next to St. Gertrude's - I'm including a picture of the tree on the interactive map. Thanks!
