Description

Hermitage Road southbound near the I-95 overpass, another pothole continuing southbound in the left turn lane from Hermitage onto Robin Hood Road. Please note the PIN is not accurate - it keeps showing an address on Wentbridge and I can't get it to move to Hermitage Road.
