Description

Part of W Graham Road and Cecil Road are in poor condition. The potholes filled last year are returning to a hazardous state. As a apartment building owner who has residents that must travel these streets to get tour building.. this is great concern. I am requesting the city complete the repaving of W. Graham rd and pave Cecil Rd. for some reason perhaps due to funding only part of W. Graham rd- the area where business are located was paved.
