Description

There is a stretch of Blakemore just south of Jahnke Road that has a terrible little black-top sidewalk on one side, and nothing on the other side. There is definitely a density of apartments and single-family housing right there that would have folks who would walk or ride to the active commercial spots there or the middle school right across Jahnke.
