Description

There is a tree between 26th and 27th on Cedar that has been down for months. It is surrounded by police tape and looks hideous. The tree has been left there for a long time. The tree is broken, nearly cut in half. Maybe somebody hit it with a car. I do not know. Can someone fix the tree or get rid of it?
