Description

Gladstone between Woodrow and Richmond Henrico Turnpike is horrible...ridiculously bumpy. One of the worst streets in the city. I’ve submitted several service requests and nothing is ever done about it. I just got notification that my last service request was closed because “repairs were made”. There have been NO repairs. Gladstone is still as bumpy as ever.
