Description
The subtype is not exactly the situation, but it's close. At the NW corner of the Pope monument (intersection of Laburnum and Hermitage), a traffic light boom has been left behind (it's one of the arms that hang over the street, and from which you hang traffic lights). This has been there for months, and even if dirty, is still probably worth $500 to $700 bucks and is worth picking up. It's also kinda unsightly. And it's a trip hazard if someone is walking across the grass at night.
