Description

See pictures attached--It has been over 5 years since I first notified the city of this hazard beside my property. You have sent an inspector in the past, but I"m concerned about all my friends who are older falling on these loose uneven bricks. This note will serve as formal notice that I have informed you and you will be responsible if they break a hip.

    damaged brick sidewalk due to tree roots. location set up to be completed CIP project. over 100 feet of damage. Same Location that was submitted wit address 4205 Dover Rd.
