Description
Could the City of Richmond add 5 foot wide sidewalks to the two lane and four lane sections of Magnolia Street between 5th Street and US Route 350. Also a lot of the existing sidewalks are randomly broken up and very narrow and overgrown and need to be upgraded. Magnolia Street in the four lane section needs curb and gutter and 5 to 6 foot wide sidewalks on both sides of the four lane section. US Route 360 also needs pedestrian crossing signals for the stoplight.
