Description

Regarding previous service request DPW000028474. I received a notice that this request was "closed". In fact, nothing has been done regarding this request. Please do not close requests for service when no action has been taken without explaining why. The steel plate that has been in the middle of Fauquier Avenue at this intersection for SEVERAL YEARS is still there. It needs to be removed.

    Accu TV & Dye tested on 1-8-2020. Positive dye test on 72" SW pipe joints btwn ~38' and 50' DS of MH in int on separate storm sewer (see images attached). Emailing P Wyatt & Team to refer this to Stormwater and remove WW plate. Not closing WO until plate is removed.

    Assigned CCTV with Dye test at plate in the intersection of Fauquier and Bellevue. A (SEWER) steel plate has been at this site for a long time and can find no records of anything about it. In the work queue to be dye tested by 1-10-19.
