Description

Yesterday, I reported that Pedestrian Signals for cross walks at Forest Hill and Hathaway (specifically crossing between Food Lion and 7/11 across Forest Hill Ave) are illuminated, but are not functioning. It was reported back to me that the issue was resolved. As of last evening, and again, this morning, the pedestrian signal crossing Forest Hill at Hathaway (from the corner of 7/11) is not functioning. When the light turns green, the "Hand" still indicating, "do not cross" is present.
