Description

Calling about a sidewalk that is uprooting ; he has been calling about it for four years and have calling to check on the status. Caller see that work was recently done on the corner on both sides for the sidewalk there but nothing done for his address. One section of the sidewalk is completely gone. Caller was calling to check the status of his request but only the old 2016 request came up.

Citizen and cousin (Veronica Johnson - owner) has been calling for the past 4 years for a sidewalk repair under request #'s 1010033435, DPW29817, DPW4669 with no repair; comments from Engineer in 2016 stated the sidewalk is in dire of repair; the roots are now coming in the front from tree and the sidewalk is now raised from the roots of the tree; caller has a handicap friend and it become an extreme safety hazard; caller states there are two trees that roots protruding from the ground onto sidewalk .
