Description
The city put up "no parking" signs for almost the entire length of Patton Avenue in Scott's Addition sometime on Friday, February 14. This has eliminated somewhere in the range of 20-30 on-street parking spaces that were heavily used by office tenants at the Venture X building (1806 Summit Ave). According to the landlord, the city gave no notice for this change and did not specify the reasons why parking was restricted and the person or department at the city that made the change.
