Description

There are no curbs at the corner of Henri Road and Bay Street, leaving the areas muddy for days after a rain. (The photos were taken 3 days following a rainy day.) The lack of curb with overgrowth of weeds on the mud on the Henri Rd section prevents drainage in to the City drain grate.

    This location has been inspected on 6/23/2023. Per D.P this is no current curb and gutter at this location. The City of Richmond sidewalk program on repair existing sidewalk curb and gutters.
