Description
the 4600 and 4700 block of W. Franklin Street is terribly paved, uneven and features many large potholes and is a safety hazard (not to mention how unsightly it is and brings down the property values on this beautiful street). It has been this way for years, and it has gotten to the point where I can no longer stand it. I pay my Richmond City property taxes every year on time, and the city of Richmond is not returning the favor by making our streets driveable. Please repave this road. When is this toad being repaved? I out this request in over a year ago. It just got a comment from an engineer in January. This is unacceptable that it takes this long for something to be done. Please expedite this immediately. Please update when this road is going to be paved. This request has been in for over a year and a half. I will put in another request since that has been pushed to the side.
