Description

There is an old metal part of a sign post sticking out of the sidewalk on Commerce Road directly across from fire station #13. This morning my friend tripped and fell on the sidewalk. She injured her head, shoulder and knee and because of severe neck pain she had to be taken to VCU emergency. Luckily she only has some scrapes and bruises. This old piece of metal sticking up could cause someone else to trip so I wanted to report it in the chance that the piece could be removed. Thank you
