Description
recycle cans and trash bags never picked up yesterday trash day by city. I am sure were ignored because they are all piled up and around recycle bin. But this behaviour has been going on over 6 months that is a public alley that the cans block cars previously used that alley to park and unload groceries and additional photos are of their sidewalk in front of home littered with debris from last weeks storm and trash that will just run into the sewer drain to block. just bad behaviour on a neighbors part.
