Description

Entire western sidewalk of 11th street closed to pedestrian traffic & eastern sidewalk is also blocked. Very difficult to navigate from CHOR to any other surrounding clinics. This is a major parking deck for VCUH, not just pediatric services. A pedestrian accessible lane from CHOR deck exit on 11th would greatly increase pedestrian safety.
