Description
McArthur Avenue was milled and paved last December, after it was scarified in October. Already, the pavement has failed on the west side of the street, immediately south of the alley entrance next to the curb. It looks like about 1" od asphalt was laid over loose stone, which has failed (around 2' x 3'). Located next to address above.
