Description

the edges of the potholes are 14-18” deep. My neighbors driveway & yard get flooded during significantly heavy rains. The city has repaired this alley 4 or so times over the last 2-3 years and each time it is significantly worse 30 to 60 days later. There is no grading and crush and run gravel that will solve the problem in this alley; similar to a couple of other alleys nearby that have been fixed, it appears it needs to be asphalted.
