Description
explained that in 2015 or 2016, the City hired a contractor to conduct some type of utility work in the alley behind her home. The contractor had to dig about 8-10 feet, and upon completion, the contractor did not properly fill the hole. There has been somewhat of a sinkhole in the alley ever since, causing about 6-10 inches of standing water every time there is heavy rain. sunken area persists. she indicates alley is dirt and grass.
