Description
Dead, ivy-cover trunk of large tree in owner's yard has fallen across sidewalk and is being held up by the adjacent street tree that it caught up in. Either the property owner needs to be compelled to having the dead tree removed or the City should address this itself. It is a hazard to people walking on the sidewalk and the ivy growing on the dead trunk will eventually overtake the City-owned street tree. The trunk of the dead tree is near boundary of two properties, so it's unclear if responsibility is with the owner of 916 or 906 Blanton Ave.
