Description

Holly Spring Ave needs new 5 foot wide sidewalks and curb and gutter and handicap ramps and needs to have room for parked cars. The road has several worn pedestrian paths in the dirt running along it that need to be upgraded to sidewalks. Also the old sidewalk sections on the road are over grown and need to be replaced with new sidewalks.
