Description

Continual Flooding in 4600 block of Stuart / Kensington Avenue block Alley. Request Paved Alley way (as this was done between 4600 block of Leonard parkway and Kensington ave &n 4600 block Leonard parkway and Patterson Ave). Gravel does not withstand raining and flooding / vegetation growth. Gravel has been replaced annually, and is not acceptable between annual replacement of gravel.
