Description
4600 Block of Stuart Ave in need of curbs and gutters / new side walks. Continual flooding is occurring on the newly paved road. This continually requires residents to replace gravel in between paved street and yard. Sidewalks missing / tripping hazard throughout block (new side walks needed in areas as well).
